DescriptionPremium grapes sourced from the North Coast region of California. The Roussanne imparts a concentrated and viscous mouthfeel with apricot and honey aromas. Sauvignon Blanc & Muscat Blanc provide the citrus notes and bright acidity. The Chardonnay added minerality to the palate and tropical aromas making this wine very well balanced. The Roussanne and Chardonnay are barrel fermented while the Sauvignon Blanc and Muscat Blanc are stainless steel fermented. A third of the Chardonnay went through ML and 100% for the Roussanne. Try this wine with a citrusy ceviche, grilled shrimp drizzled with a garlic and lemon sauce or even a glazed pork chop.
