2007 X Winery - Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon

Aged 21 months, this 2007 Napa Cabernet Sauvignon has a lingering oak finish, hints of dusty truffle and cedar, and ends with smooth vanilla flavor. Dark fruit, earthy tones, and sweet spice blend together to create a well balanced and sophisticated wine that is sure to please.This Cabernet pairs well with grilled steak covered in chimichurri sauce. You could also serve this wine with herbed lamb chops and grilled asparagus. This wine is sealed with an FSC-Certified cork. Vintage/Vineyard Information2007 was one of the better vintages in recent history.
