Description
Full flavors of dark blackberry, plum and Bing cherry explode on the nose and are followed by a full palate of dark fruit characteristics, rose petal floral components, and a dusty touch of earthiness. Good structure with a strong backbone, this 2006 vintage is rich and masculine.
Amicus Cabernet matches beautifully with braised lamb shanks and trahana pasta or a filet mignon.
This wine is sealed with an FSC-Certified cork.
