Reed Renaudin - Winemaker & PresidentReed Renaudin has been involved in the wine industry since 1996. He founded Amicus & X Winery in 2001 and has helped guide this start up company's rapid growth. Reed has an MBA from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo and a BS from UC Davis. He has also completed extensive graduate research in Enology at UC Davis, and has presented his works at the American Society of Enology and Viticulture's annual meeting. His resume is highlighted with viticulture experience working for Gallo of Sonoma, and enology experience working for Napa Valley wineries including Heitz and Cuvaison. Reed also has winemaking experience with Cape Clairault Wines in Australia. He continues to be an avid, but with age progressively less daring, snowboarder and wakeboarder, who also enjoys softball and basketball. He lives in Napa with his wife Erin and his two beautiful daughter's Tate and Luca. |

George Ling - General ManagerWith a background in business development within the financial services, including stints at Citicorp, American Express, Bank of America, Wells Fargo, and RBS Americas, George brings with him experience in Business and Datamining Strategy, Marketing Analytics, Operations, and Organizational Management. He received his BA (Biology and Psychology) from Columbia University and his MBA from NYU Stern School of Business. With family and friends in the food and wine industries, it was only natural for George to accept this opportunity to work with a dedicated team to grow a company that's well positioned for expansion.

John Miller- National Sales ManagerJohn, a reformed Attorney, left law to go into the wine business in 2002 as a Sales Representative for F.P. Winner, LTD, a Maryland wine distributor. In 2005, he left the east coast for wine country and spent the 2005 harvest as a cellar assistant at Mill Creek Vineyards in Healdsburg, CA. After harvest, the owners at Mill Creek decided their interests might be better served by having John sell their wine rather than make it, and John wholeheartedly agreed, taking over the position of Director of Sales until 2008. In 2008, John then went to work for Liquid Trade Solutions in Napa, managing bulk and bottled wine sales and their private label program. A self-professed “cork dork”, John is also a Wine and Spirits Education Trust Diploma candidate. When he’s not selling, drinking, or reading about wine, you can usually find John on the disc-golf course or gardening with his partner Kimberly. |

Mark Meyering- Director of FinanceWhile completing his MBA at UC Davis, Mark founded the Wine Business Consultants group to provide strategic business planning for wine industry partners. As a business consultant, he conducted market research, created financial projections, and developed strategic plans for several wineries and retailers. Prior to joining the wine industry, Mark spent ten years in various research, design, development, and project management roles for international technology companies including Motorola and HP. He holds an MBA degree from the Graduate School of Management at UC Davis, and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Cal Poly.

Christine Adams - Marketing ManagerChristine has worked in the wine industry for nearly twelve years, holding various position with Napa based wineries. Recently, she was involved in the sales and marketing efforts for a large Lodi winery-Ironstone Vineyards. In 2004, she worked with a successful Australian wine importer, Old Bridge Cellars, as Operations Assistant. Her passion for wine stems from her family's involvement in the Napa rootstock business. Christine spends her free time hiking, camping, snowboarding, wakeboarding and skeet shooting. |

Gina Richmond - Assistant WinemakerGina Richmond has been working in wineries since her first vintage at the Fresno State Winery in 2001. She graduated with an enology degree from Fresno State in 2004. Gina is very grateful for the knowledge she obtained by working many hours in the university's winery and helping with wine events. She then went on to work harvests at Spring Mountain Winery in St Helena California and Trinity Hill Winery in Hawke's Bay New Zealand. At Trinity Hill she was lucky to meet her husband George. Back in the US she ran the custom crush program at Hall Winery and got to learn many different winemaking styles through her diverse clientele. George and Gina enjoy many outdoor activities and working on their home winemaking project in the Suisun Valley AVA. |
Coben Alexander - Office ManagerSince his graduation in 2005 from UC Berkeley, Coben has become a jack of all trades and a master of none from production with Fox Sports West, operations for a Minor League Baseball team and finally Sales and Marketing with Ticketmaster. His wine interest grew when traveling through Australia he got the opportunity to work at the Prince Wine Shop in Melbourne. Coben spends his free time running, participating in and watching a number of different sports, enjoying time with his family and friends and watching the Golden Bears roll on to victory on crisp fall Saturdays. |

Jennifer DeVita - Sales AdministratorJennifer attended UC Davis and joined X Winery as a Sales Administrator right after graduation in June 2010. She received a BA in Communication. Wine is a growing interest of hers, and she hopes that working at X Winery will increase her knowledge of both the sensory experience of wine as well as the wine industry. Jennifer’s other interests include running, traveling, cooking and art. She lives in the Bay Area where she enjoys spending time with family and friends, and also volunteering at her church’s youth group. |
